We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your contributions or any portion thereof.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE CARRIER. We provide educational materials and a guided self-enrollment process to help you understand and apply for insurance plans offered by third-party carriers. All insurance products are offered through such third parties, and we do not underwrite or issue any insurance policies.
10. Limitations of Liability
